Update for North and South System Customers

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing issues with crews striking our water lines while laying fiber optic cable. Our team is currently still working in Pinecrest to repair a major break, and we expect the work to be completed within the next couple of hours.
We never want situations like this to occur, but unfortunately, they are outside of our control. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.
