North and South System Customers Update:
Repairs at the surface water plant have been completed, and we are once again producing water. While this is great news, please keep in mind that it will take several hours for our storage tanks to refill and for system pressure to return to normal throughout the service area.
We sincerely appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as our crew worked to make these repairs. We will continue to monitor the system and provide updates as needed.
Thank you for your continued support.

North and South System Customers:
At approximately 4:00 a.m., our surface water plant experienced a mechanical failure. Repairs are currently underway; however, customers on both the North and South Systems may experience low water pressure or no water service until repairs are completed.
Our storage tanks are also running low. Once repairs are finished, it will take several hours for the tanks to refill to operating levels before the pumps can fully resume normal service.
We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this situation is, and we want you to know that we never want events like this to occur. Our crew is working diligently to restore service as quickly and safely as possible, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
We will provide updates as new information becomes available. Once water service has been restored, both the North and South Systems will be placed under a Boil Water Notice until all required testing is completed.
We also ask for your patience with our office staff. Calling to yell, curse, or verbally abuse employees will not speed up the repair process. We understand your frustration, but our staff did not cause this issue and are doing their best to assist customers and relay information. We respectfully ask that all communications remain courteous and professional.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through this emergency
